Moneylife Foundation’s Credit Counselling Clinic is designed to offer one-time, early-stage guidance to individuals facing personal debt distress. These online sessions are led by Aparna Ramachandra, a professional credit counsellor and founder-director of Rectify Credit.
The clinic is ideal for individuals struggling with multiple loans, credit card debt or app-based borrowing. Participants receive help in understanding their credit reports, prioritising repayments and exploring possible options for restructuring or settlement.
This is not a long-term counselling service or a debt resolution platform. It is meant to serve as a starting point—to help you assess your situation, get clarity and make informed decisions about your next steps.
- Sessions are conducted online on alternate Fridays between 4pm and 6pm
- Appointments are free but limited, and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Participants must submit:
- A copy of their credit report
- A summary of monthly income, expenses and deb
- Any other relevant documents
- If you cannot attend your scheduled session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions will be treated as closed cases and appointments will not be rescheduled.
