Varsha Raut, Head Advocacy and Campaign, Mumbai Grahak Panchayat and also a leading consumer activist in association with Moneylife Foundation helped educate consumers about the new DTH and Cable TV rules framed by the TRAI on 10th January at Moneylife Foundation's Knowledge Centre.
