Financial Awareness & Education
We spread financial literacy and awareness about the rights of consumers and citizens through workshops, lectures, articles and awareness campaigns. We have conducted sessions on banking, aadhaar, real estate, consumer awareness, right to information, food & health, senior citizens issues, taxation and documentation, and many others.
Personal Counselling
We offer one-on-one guidance to help savers, consumers and citizens resolve real-life financial and legal concerns.
- Legal Helpline: Advice on legal matters, cooperative housing societies and real estate issues
- Credit Helpline: Support for loan defaults, debt stress and credit score problems
RTI Centre
Our Right to Information Centre (since Sept 2017) helps citizens understand and effectively use the RTI Act.
Research & Policy Advocacy
We conduct in-depth studies and publish reports to influence policy and protect public interest — including work on retirement homes and reverse mortgage loans.
Public Representations
We advocate fair market practices through memorandums, consultations and stakeholder meetings with regulators and authorities on banking charges, insurance mis-selling, transport, senior citizen issues and more.
Legal Action (PILs)
When necessary, we approach courts — including the Supreme Court — to challenge unfair financial practices affecting consumers.
Moneylife Knowledge Centre
A dedicated reading library with 1,000+ books on business, economics and finance — a unique non-profit initiative by a media organisation.
