With the covid pandemic it has become all the more important for everyone to have a legally valid Will, so that all assets are distributed as per one’s wishes after death, to avoid long drawn out legal disputes amongst family members. To address such concerns of our members, Moneylife Foundation had once again invited renowned Advocate SD Israni to speak on the topic of Wills and Nominations.
Advocate Israni gave a detailed presentation identifying the reasons why a Will is necessary, the steps to be followed to prepare a legally valid Will and also covered the topic of nominations in the case of immovable property as assets. The session was attended by over 350 participants on Zoom and was also live streamed on Facebook and YouTube channels. A brief presentation from Adv Israni, was followed by a Q&A session with the participants.
